SUSTAINABILITY

A RESPONSIBLE PRODUCTION
FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE.

Every year, in order to guarantee its customers a product that is uniform to European standards, Gruppo Carillo S.p.A. meticulously maps its suppliers, ensuring that they strictly adhere to the quality, safety and sustainability criteria (as outlined in the RSL 2025 of Gruppo Carillo S.p.A.), which are updated annually.

Thanks to this mapping, we are able to monitor and classify all the raw materials used by our certified suppliers. In addition, Via Roma, 60 introduces an increasing number of eco-friendly products every year, such as those made from recycled polyester or organic cotton.
We are proud to have obtained the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification (both woven and made-up), which guarantees that our fabrics, from yarn to finished product, are

environmentally responsible
free of substances harmful to health (tested to global safety standards on more than 1,000 harmful substances at least once a year);
harmless not only for the end consumer but also for the environment.

CERTIFIED EXCELLENCE

Gruppo Carillo S.p.A. strives daily to combine innovation, sustainability and operational excellence, following the highest quality standards and complying with current environmental, safety and management regulations.
Our commitment in this sense is witnessed by obtaining and maintaining, as of 2022, ISO 14001 certification, which attests to the excellence of our management system, adequate to keep the environmental impacts of our activities under control and aimed at systematically seeking their improvement in a coherent, effective and above all sustainable manner. Among the goals we have set to maintain ISO 14001 certification is to include, by 2030, a considerable amount of articles made from recycled raw materials.
In 2024, we reached an important milestone by obtaining ISO 45001 certification, which certifies compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) regulations and requirements,
reducing the risk of accidents, protection from irreparable business damage, definition of minimum standards of good practice for worker protection.

This certification demonstrates our dedication to creating a safe working environment, promoting the health of our employees and preventing the risks associated with their daily work.
The combination of these certifications attests to our commitment to sustainable and responsible management of resources, as well as our focus on worker safety, the environment and the protection of our customers.
